The Institute for International Criminal Investigators

Asked us if we could create a training package around investigative interviewing of children who have been trafficked throughout Europe from war torn countries in the Middle East.

We created scripts for role plays for their training of international investigators who target war criminals to be used in their training programmes. The scripts were based on good practice child interviews and bad practice child interviews and are currently being translated by IICI into several languages.

Newcastle Eagles Basketball Team

Requested that we deliver our investigative safeguarding training to their coaches and staff with an emphasis on ‘positions of trust’.

We delivered a bespoke half day face to face package looking at perceptions and actions in within safeguarding and a case study involving the ‘position of trust’. Their Chief of Operations said,

“Thank you both for the great safeguarding workshop that you delivered to us at the Newcastle Eagles. Would definitely recommend this to others”

The International Investigative Interviewing Research Group (iIIRG)

Asked if we could present a case study of investigative interviewing at one of their international webinars.

We presented a genuine case study of a traumatic case involving an adult male suspect with vulnerabilities. The presentation examined PEACE interviewing and working with Registered Intermediaries. Their co-Director said,

British Dance Council

Asked if we could sit on their Independent Concerns Panel and independently review their ongoing safeguarding concerns.

Keith conducts regular independent reviews for the British Dance Council and provides detailed written confidential reports of his findings for their own decision making. Their Lead Safeguarding Officer said,

 “Keith has been very thorough, approachable, and insightful regarding an independent review of a safeguarding investigation. His review assisted with the final decision-making process”.
